| Product Description： |
A-608 is used in all kinds of plastic, it is used to increase the toughness and strength of plastic scrap, regrid plastic and raw material, make the surface of product bright without flow.
1.Ultra-low cost: dosage is 2%~4%,namely add 20~40g toughening agent to 1KG raw material.
2. Simple usage: toughening agent is added in process of blending materials, recycled materials or raw materials for 15~20 minutes, then mixture is added into material bag (can also be kept in blender), and deposited for 45~60minutes. after chenical reactions are completed , the mixture material can be heated for extrusion and blow or injection molding. ( If agglomerations occurs, please disperse it by beating with hard tools or by agitating with blender)
3.Pigmentation becomes easier: this product can be adhere to colorant, make pigmentation more even and decrease the using amount of dispersant and spreading oil.
4. This product is transparent material without impurity and deposit. It has not any influence on the transparence and color of the plastics.
5. Package, stockage and durability: package is paper box or plastic bag, and the net weight is 20KG/piece. Please keep away from insolation, moisture and contamination. Product durability is 3 years.
Caution: If the product splashes into eyes, please flush the eyes with a great amount of water or go to see the doctor.
