Allgong brand plastic toughening agent:
Allgong and Argiope brand plastic toughening agent mainly increase the toughness and strengthe of plastic scrap, regrind plastic and raw material, make the surface of product bright without flow.
Allgong and Argiope brand plastic toughening agents are divided into three shapes according to the requirements of clients: 1. Allgong and Argiope brand granule toughening agent; 2. Allgong and Argiope brand powder toughening agent; 3. Allgong and Argiope liquid toughening agent.

Plastic granule toughening agent:
1. Ultra-low cost: the dosage is 2%-4%, namely add 20-40g toughening agent to 1KG raw material. Be sure that 25KG plastic sample is used and mixed blended for 5-8minutes.

The usage of the six type of plastic toughening agent above:

2. Sample usage: toughening agent is added in the process of blending materials. Toughening agent is blended with plastic scrap, regrind plastics and raw materials for 5-8minutes. When the material has been uniformly blended, the mixture material can be heated for extrusion and blow or injection molding.
3. In order to test the effect of A-661/662/663/669 Allgong and Argiope brand plastic toughening agent, please carry out it after that the extrusion and injection or blow molding have be finished for 24 hours. That will make the effect more obvious. Please compare it with plastics of the same material and try your best to use plane product without hole.
Ⅱ: Allgong and Argiope brand powder plastic toughening agent
The seventh: A-623 Allgong and Argiope powder plastic toughening agent:
A-623 is mainly used in ABS、PC+ABS、PC+PBT and all kinds of hard plastic.
1. Ultra-low cosr, the dosage is 0.6%-1%, be sure that 25 KG plastic sample is used and mixed in blender for 8-10minutes, after chemicals reactions are completed, the mixture material can be heated extrusion and blow or injection molding.
Ⅲ. Liquid plastic toughening agent
The eighth: A-612 Allgong and Argiope brand liquid plastic toughening agent
A-612 is mainly used in PC plastic modified, plastic pumping tablets, A-612
The ninth: A-608 Allgong and Argiope brand plastic toughening agent:
A-608 Allgong brand plastic toughening agent is general type, it is transparent materialwithout impurity and deposit. It has not any influence on the transparence and color of the plastics.
The tenth: A-603 Allgong brand plastic toughening agent:
A-603 is just used in PVC plastic, plastic toughening, cold-resistant, shock-resistant:
1. Ultra-low cost: the dosage is 1‰~4‰, namely add 1-4g toughner to 1KG material. Recommedded dosage is 2‰. Be sure that 25KG plastic sample is used and mixed in blender for 15-20minutes.
2. Simple usage: toughening agent is added in process of blending materials, recycled materials or raw materials for 15-20minutes, the mixture is added into material bag ( can also kept in blender ), and deposited for 45-60minutes. After the chemical reactions are completed, the mixture material can be heated for extrusion and blow or injection molding. ( If agglomerations occurs, pls disperse it by beating with hard tools or by agitation with blender )
3. Pigmentation becomes easier: this product can adhere to colorant, make pigmentation more even and decrease the using amount of dispersant and spreading oil.
4. The product is transparent material without impurity and deposit. It has not any influence on the transparence and color of the plastics.
5. Because all kinds of plastic scrap and regrind plastic contain a lot of moisture, please heat the materials before use in rainy and damp weather. A-603 will improve the effect, and you also can add them before heating.
6. 6. In order to ensure the product quality, donnot mix them with other chemical agents such as white mineral oil in use,in case of having negative influence on the effect.
7. In order to test the effect of A-603 Allgong and Argiope brand plastic toughening agent, please carry out it after the extrusion and injection or blow molding have be finished for 24 hours. That will make the effect more obvious. Please compare it with plastics of the same material and try your best to use plane product without hole.
8. Package, stockage and durability: product durability is 2 years, package is plastic barrel and net weight is 20KG/barrel, keep away from light, insolation, moisture and contamination.
9. Caution: Detergent should be used to clean this product. If this product splashes into eyes, please flush the eyes with a great amountof water and go to see the doctor.
